Cancellation Policy
There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any no call no-shows. No call no show = no future reservations. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or 50% of the service(s) will be charged. You will have a 10-minute grace period, after 11 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled and 50% of the service(s) will be charged. Deposits are applied towards your service and are non-refundable or transferable.
